Excellent service! After 2 failed repair bookings with LG, I called Nimbly who booked me a service call immediately. Dennis was on time and very knowledgeable. He did the repair and took the time to explain some highlights of the machine.

Well you will be in for surprise when you use this company. Said they would be at my house at 8.30 am on a saterday and they was. You will get Denise the owner. He greeted me,even our dog got a pat . He was pleasant, kept me informed of what was going on. Did not charged me for the parts he thought was the problem. Did the work in under a hour, cleaned up and left. OUTSTANDING thank you. You want it fixed, good price, great work call and use this company.

Samsung recommended their company to help service our refrigerator. Dennis and his team were timely to visit our house to diagnose the issue. He identified the issues and recommended his professional opinion. We are now waiting for their team to get the parts required to fix the issue with our fridge asap.
